On our recent trip to Los Angeles we had the wonderful opportunity to dine at the new hottest restaurant, Bazaar in the SLS Hotel. World renowned chef, Jose Andres, uses Zoe Extra Virgin Olive Oil in his kitchen, and even called it his secret weapon when he beat Bobby Flay on Iron Chef America. Andres signature dish is his “translucent balls of liquified olives.”
